At 15:55, November 17, 2021, the first flight carrying international tourists to Vietnam in the pilot plan landed Da Nang International Airport. The Vietnam Airlines’ VN417 flight was from Seoul (South Korea) to Da Nang. After completing the immigration and medical procedures, the tourists moved to Hoi An (Quang Nam) for tour program.

Those tourists are from South Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Australia. They came to Vietnam for tourism or relative visiting purposes.
All passengers must have “vaccine passport” (vaccination certificate or recovery certificate from Covid-19 as prescribed), negative RT-PCR test results within 72 hours prior to flight, return ticket as well as complete health declaration.
In Hoi An, they will be tested for Covid-19 and participate in scheduled activities that have been pre-registered to the travel companies.
After this flight, Vietnam will welcome other flights from key international markets such as Southeast Asia, South Korea, Japan, Russia, Europe, Australia… to Phu Quoc (Kien Giang), Khanh Hoa, Quang Nam, Da Nang and Quang Ninh.
