Here, she observes how farmers grow crops, chat about their daily lives, and eat traditional foods.

Lana has a passion for noodle dishes such as noodles and pho. She posted a picture of a bowl of Hanoi-style chicken noodle soup and called it ‘monster pho’. Hanoi Old Quarter is the ideal place to eat this dish with many long-standing traditional shops. Sweet broth, tender chicken, add a little lemon, chili to taste.
